These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Hullistic Healing Co. services, website, hair follicle scans, consultations, and related communications (“Services”). By booking, purchasing, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Nature of Services (Wellness Only)

Hullistic Healing Co. provides:

hair follicle wellness scans
wellness consultation and education
lifestyle and nutritional guidance
referral suggestions when appropriate

We do not:

diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions
prescribe medications
replace the care of your licensed healthcare provider

Our services are for educational and wellness purposes only.

Always consult your physician or licensed healthcare provider regarding medical concerns, diagnoses, or treatment plans.

2. Not Medical Advice

Nothing provided by Hullistic Healing Co. should be interpreted as:

medical advice
medical diagnosis
medical treatment
mental health counseling
or the practice of medicine or nursing

Even though the practitioner is a Registered Nurse, services are provided in a non-medical wellness capacity.

You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own healthcare decisions.

3. Informed Consent for Hair Follicle Scanning

By submitting a hair sample, in-person or by mail, you acknowledge and agree:

hair scanning is a wellness tool
results are based on bioenergetic/epigenetic technology
results identify potential stressors and support options
results are not medical laboratory testing
results do not replace labs, imaging, or medical evaluation

You consent to the collection and analysis of your hair sample for the purpose of generating a wellness report.

You may withdraw consent at any time; however, fees are non-refundable once analysis begins.

4. Confidentiality Commitment

We take your privacy and confidentiality seriously.

your information is not shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law

Hullistic Healing Co. is not operating as a HIPAA-covered entity and does not claim HIPAA compliance. However, we maintain confidentiality as a professional ethical standard.

5. Communication & Email Consent

You acknowledge and agree that:

results, reports, and communication may be sent via email
standard email is not guaranteed to be encrypted or secure
there is some risk of unauthorized access to email content

By working with us, you consent to receive results and communication via email using the address you provide.

If you prefer another method, please notify us in writing before your scan.

6. Use of Technology Partners

Hair samples and/or digital scan data may be processed through third-party wellness technology providers solely for the purpose of generating reports.

We do not sell your information.

7. Affiliate Disclosure & Product Recommendations

Hullistic Healing Co. may recommend supplements, wellness products, or educational resources as part of wellness education and support.

You acknowledge and agree that:

Hullistic Healing Co. may receive compensation or commission if you choose to purchase products through these links

8. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

provide accurate information to the best of your ability
consult a licensed medical provider for medical care and emergencies
not delay needed treatment based on wellness scan results

You are responsible for all choices regarding your health, supplements, treatments, or lifestyle changes.

9. Minors

Services may be provided to minors only with parent or legal guardian consent.

10. Payment & Refund Policy

Payment is due at time of service or booking unless otherwise stated.

Because services involve time, consultation, and digital report creation, all sales are final once scanning or consultation has begun.

11. Limitation of Liability

By using our Services, you agree that Hullistic Healing Co., its owner, and affiliates are not liable for:

decisions you make based on scan results or consultations
reactions to supplements, lifestyle changes, or protocols
missed diagnoses or delayed medical treatment

You assume full responsibility for your health choices.

12. No Guarantee of Outcomes

We cannot and do not guarantee:

specific results
symptom resolution
diagnostic answers

Wellness is an individual process with many variables beyond our control.

13. Emergency & Crisis Policy

We do not provide emergency or crisis services.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate medical care.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
